Q. Do you represent us?
A. NO! Not in any way, shape or form. We strictly are an advertising service to assist you in maximizing your market exposure. You are free to list/advertise with any other "For Sale By Owner Website" or FLAT FEE MLS. Once you list with a Realtor, you must delete your listing as it is not "For Sale By Owner" anymore, unless you have a non-exclusive listing.

Q. What is the cost of this service?
A. We have 6 different plans. Your Basic Plan Month-To-Month is $17.95, 3-Month Basic is 41.95, or "Until It's Sold" Basic Plan for $57.95. We have our Featured Properties Plan which is $37.95/Month To Month, 3-Month Featured Plan for $81.95, or "Until It's Sold" Featured Plan for $119.95. Please Note the higher the plan the more of a discount you receive! "Until It's Sold" has the Greatest Discount!

Q. What is included in with my subscription?
A. You will be able to list your property with unlimited pictures and a detailed description of your home which you can update 24 hours a day, printable online PDF brochure and an email enquiry form where potential buyers can use to contact you to schedule a showing and provide helpful feedback about your property.

Q. Is PayPal my only option of payment?
A. Yes, currently that is all we are accepting right now.

Q. How long is my subscription good for?
A. You will be able to have your home listed with AZFSBOSearch.com until your monthly subscription expires, your one time cost expires, your home sells, or you decide to take it off the market.

Q. Do you have yard signs for sale?
A. At this present time we don’t however, when we do you will be able to purchase our professional signs, directional signs, and brochure box separate from your subscription, at an extremely reasonable cost.

Q. Can I list with an Agent while my home is on AZFSBOSearch.com?
A. Yes, you are more than welcome to list your home here as some Agents with not have an “exclusive listing” with you. So, if you decide to list your home with a real estate agent, please check your agreement.

Q. Can I simultaneously list my property here at AZFSBOSearch.com and with a real estate agent?
A. Yes, only if there is a non-exclusive listing agreement in place with your agent.

Q. Is there a minimum listing agreement on AZFSBOSearch.com?
A. Yes, Are minimum is 3 months. This is excluding any free trial periods or promotions.

Q. Do I have to contact you to make changes to my online listing?
A. No, you have complete control over your listing and can make changes/updates to it at any time.

Q. Do I get to keep the yard signs when our home sells?
A. Yes, you are more than welcome to keep all materials purchased. They are yours 100% to use again for another property you might sell in the future. Our signs are tailored for anyone to use.

Q. How long does it take to list my home?
A. If paying by PayPal, you may create your listing and upload your pictures and description. All of our listings must be approved; therefore there is upto a 24hr window before your listing goes live.

Q. I have had a number of real estate agents contact me. What should I do?
A. Be prepared for calls from local agents trying to convince you that you need to list your house with them or to show it to a possible buyer. This is NOT our group of Realtors® we are not affiliated with soliciting our FSBO’s.

Q. What if a buyer finds my home and wants to use a Realtor® to represent them?
A. This is OK with your approval. A great ways is to advertise in your description, you would be contributing a certain percentage to the buyer’s Realtor® if their buyer buys your home! This fee is negotiable.
